• Initial Consultation: All projects begin with a free, personalized consultation. Any measurements or design visualizations provided during this stage are preliminary and non-binding until a formal contract is signed.
• Pricing: All prices and quotations provided are estimates and are subject to change based on final material selection, on-site measurements, and design revisions.
• Project Contract: The details, final price, scope of work, warranty, and timeline for the installation of custom closets or shades will be governed solely by a separate, signed Project Contract executed by both parties.

B. Design Ownership

All designs, blueprints, 3D renderings, and specifications created by Vitale America during the consultation or design process remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vitale America until the Project Contract is fully paid. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these designs is strictly prohibited.

A. Accuracy of Information
The content on this website (including images of home organization projects and product descriptions) is for general information purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is complete, reliable, or current.

B. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and imagery (including “Before and After” photos and custom closet designs) are the property of Vitale America or its content suppliers and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
